Silver Stars Director
As we approach our 15th year as the Tomball Memorial Silver Stars, we wanted to find a way to refocus our dancers on what it truly means to be part of something bigger than themselves—to think about the legacy they’re helping to build.
Love & Lead Collective, led by Brynae Love - Young, provided exactly that. Brynae created a space where our dancers could reflect, connect, and grow as both individuals and teammates. Through thoughtful conversation and engaging activities, she helped our team recognize the power of intentional leadership, accountability, and kindness.
Since our time with Love & Lead, I’ve seen a renewed sense of ownership and unity among our dancers. They left the workshop inspired to lead with purpose and heart which are values that will continue to shape the Silver Stars for years to come.

As directors, we often feel an immense sense of accountability and responsibility to find exactly the right words and lead our teams with confidence. Having the opportunity to participate in a leadership session with Brynae was incredible.
At the time, our team was navigating a major change—attending the UDA contest for the first time. This was a huge step for our program and a big deal for our team, and it required complete buy-in from every member. Brynae created a space where we could be vulnerable, openly talk about our fears, and lean on one another before embarking on what has become the biggest journey in our dance team’s history.
What meant even more was that Brynae didn’t just lead one session and move on—she took pride in being there every step of the way. She followed up with our dancers and checked in with me as a coach before the competition. She also continues to send supportive messages to the team, and the girls get so excited when they hear from her. It felt like a complete, supportive experience. She was deeply invested in our team and our success, and that meant a great deal to us.
I would strongly recommend bringing Brynae in, especially when you are navigating a new season or leading through change. She allows you to be an active participant in your growth and becomes not just a resource, but a trusted guide and friend along the way.

Beyond her bright personality and authentic communication, Brynae’s ability to tailor her leadership sessions to be exactly what our team needed was nothing short of magical. Her passion for this work is evident in the way she pours into others — and she knew exactly how to relate to my team.
Brynae left us with a manifesto that we turned into a team chant, helping the girls lock into our goals for the ninth year of Belles. They took every word to heart, and it gave us the motivation we needed heading into a tough contest season.
This wasn’t generic leadership talk or overused clichés. Brynae did her research, understood our program, and knew exactly what our team needed to hear to ignite the fire within them.
