About
Brynae Love-Young is the founder of The Love & Lead Collective, a leadership development organization dedicated to helping teams, educators, and organizations cultivate cultures rooted in connection, accountability, and purpose. A passionate advocate for emotionally intelligent leadership, Brynae partners with directors, student leaders, educators, and organizations to strengthen team culture, elevate performance, and inspire people to lead with intention.
With more than 15 years of experience in dance education, leadership development, and mentorship, Brynae has worked alongside schools and programs across Texas to guide teams through moments of growth, transition, and transformation. Her work focuses on helping individuals build the confidence, communication skills, and self-awareness needed to lead effectively—both on and off the stage.
Brynae is widely recognized for her ability to create meaningful experiences that blend practical leadership strategies with emotional intelligence and story-driven coaching. Whether facilitating professional development for educators, mentoring officer lines, or delivering keynote sessions for teams and conferences, she creates environments where participants feel seen, challenged, and empowered to grow.
In recognition of her impact as an educator and leader, Brynae was honored as the 2023–2024 Langham Creek High School Teacher of the Year. Her commitment to developing well-rounded leaders has helped guide countless students toward continued success. Under her mentorship, dancers and student leaders have earned scholarships and advanced into prestigious collegiate programs including Kilgore College, Louisiana State University, the University of Oklahoma, Texas A&M University, Texas Tech University, The University of Texas, and many others.
Brynae holds a Master’s degree in Educational Administration, a foundation that strengthens her expertise in coaching, instructional leadership, and organizational culture development. This background allows her to approach leadership not only through performance and team dynamics, but also through research-based educational practices that support sustainable growth.
In addition to her work with schools and teams, Brynae serves as a professional speaker for the Texas Dance Educators Association (TDEA), where she shares insights on leadership development, team culture, and cultivating environments where students and educators can thrive. Her sessions are known for their authenticity, clarity, and practical takeaways that participants can immediately implement in their programs.
At the heart of Brynae’s work is a simple belief: leadership begins with love. When people feel valued, supported, and connected to a shared purpose, they are empowered to rise to their highest potential.
