Brynae Love - Young

Brynae Love-Young is the founder of The Love & Lead Collective and a passionate advocate for developing confident, emotionally intelligent, and purpose-driven leaders. With over 15 years of experience in dance education and leadership development, she partners with directors, officers, teams, educators, and organizations to strengthen culture, elevate performance, and inspire excellence from the inside out.

Recognized as a 2023–2024 Cy-Fair ISD Teacher of the Year for her campus, Brynae is celebrated for her integrity, innovative leadership, and her deep belief that connection fuels transformation. Her sessions are designed to create impact that lasts—blending practical strategies with emotional intelligence and story-driven coaching. Whether facilitating professional development, mentoring officer lines, or delivering a keynote, Brynae leads with integrity, impact, and connection at every step.

A lifelong educator, Brynae has guided dancers, officers, and teams to reach their highest potential—both on and off the stage. Under her mentorship, students have earned scholarships and advanced into prestigious programs including Kilgore College, Louisiana State University (LSU), Oklahoma University, Texas A&M, Texas Tech, The University of Texas, and many more.

Brynae holds a Master’s degree in Education Administration, a foundation that strengthens her expertise in coaching, instructional design, and organizational leadership. This unique blend of educational insight and creative experience allows her to empower both students and educators through transformative teaching and intentional leadership.

Her expertise spans choreography, performance, team leadership, and individualized coaching, blending technical excellence with emotional intelligence and strategic growth. Her approach develops not only skilled performers, but also confident, resilient, and self-aware leaders who thrive in every aspect of life.

In addition to her teaching and coaching, Brynae serves as a professional speaker for the Texas Dance Educators Association (TDEA), sharing her insights on leadership, team culture, and performance excellence with educators and directors across the state.
